Our promise to you

The price you see is the price you pay

If extra work is required then a separate price will be quoted for before any work is done. To make sure both parties are happy with the extra cost involved

Our work is done to the highest of standards

All rubbish created will be removed from site and all areas left clean and tidy at the end of each working day

We do not ask for any money up front

Your promises to us

We ask that if the job in question is to be cancelled then a 4 week notice to be given. If the job is cancelled with less notice, then a cancellation fee will be incurred dependent on total cost of job (hence no deposit is taken at the start of the project)

We ask that payments be made in installments as agreed when you confirmed your project

We ask that all monies outstanding will be due on the day of completion.

If any materials have been ordered before a cancellation as been given, then a handling charge may be incurred dependent on the supplier.
